Keith Relf was a blues singer/harmonica player who came to prominence with The Yardbirds. As their lead singer, he had a role in the emergence of psychedelic rock, albeit only briefly. However, upon his departure from The Yardbirds, Relf formed the progressive folk rock band Renaissance, though he was only briefly a member.
