The Byrds' third album, Fifth Dimension, is one of the earliest psychedelic LPs ever released. It was released over one month prior to Revolver, for example.

Like many early "psychedelic" LPs, though, it only has one foot in psychedelia, and one foot very much in the folk rock The Byrds has been making for the first phase of their career.
